Girl Cheese and Boy Cheese
Mom used to make us grilled cheese sandwiches when we were growing up. Brian thought she was calling them “girl” cheese sandwiches, so he said he wanted a “boy” cheese sandwich instead. Over time, “boy cheese” somehow got applied to a cheese sandwich that wasn’t grilled and so it was then forever known as a “boy cheese sandwich” in our family.

i always enjoyed a good boy cheese! hehe, i still call it that to this day somethimes..now i just add ham, actually i just had one today!
Me too Cindy...I had to tell Zach the story and now he calls them that too sometimes hehe
