Theme Songs
Wow, no memories posted for a whole year! Where did 2008 go?
Anyways, I remember when Cindy and I used to play with our Littlest Pet Shops, or Grand Champion horses etc. we would sometimes create songs for the characters and actions. For instance, when an especially "pretty" female would come on the scene, we would hum the melody of "it had to be you" or some other alluring tune. Also, when one of the creatures would die, usually the animals we didn't like that much, we would hum a tune that went woooo---ooooo-oooo and got higher in higher in pitch while we "floated" the animal around in the upward direction. We got this tune from an old cartoon where birds are mourning the "death" of a baby bird (the baby bird isn't really dead, just knocked out...so don't worry!).
I am sure we had many more themes for our playing, not to mention the clickety noises we made when the horses were running and all the other creative noises we used. I think that Cindy and I probably had more fun with our Bright Blocks and Littlest Pet Shops than any of our other toys (although the other toys and stuffed animals were fun too).

I didn't know about the theme songs, thats funny and cute at the same time! Sweet memory of my little girls/best buddies:)
Adrianna sings to herself, but I am not sure if she has any theme songs. I do notice that the bad guys often have lower, gravelly voices when she plays though. :)
Glad to finally see an update over here.
Okay, I take it back. It does appear that she does have some theme songs or sounds that she make...
Right now she is using your old butterfly net as the conveyance the "bad guy" is using to catch the Care Bears (also from our childhood).
